Caroline Haldeman is a passionate mental health advocate and the founder of Minds Over Matter NC, an organization dedicated to raising awareness, reducing stigma, and supporting individuals on their mental health journeys. Her work emphasizes the importance of open dialogue about mental health issues, aiming to foster an inclusive atmosphere where people can seek support and share their experiences.
As a suicide attempt survivor, Caroline uses her personal experience to drive her advocacy. Her journey through mental health challenges has shaped her purpose: to help others feel seen, heard, and empowered to seek the support they need.
In addition to her advocacy work, Caroline is a talented graphic designer, creating guided journals, mental health workbooks, and coloring books to inspire mindfulness and personal growth. She also offers custom product design and website design services, helping organizations and individuals create visually engaging materials that effectively communicate their messages.
Caroline recently graduated from North Carolina Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and a minor in strategic leadership. Caroline is certified in Mental Health First Aid.
